Corporate Bushcare days involves a brief training induction followed by weeding mulching and planting and goes for about 4hrs with a break. Please wear suitable clothes and covered shoes. This year, the Nor-West Jockey Club will be hosting 4 race meets, and are seeking the support of various volunteers to assist with event preparation and activities. Several helping hands are needed to re-vegetate a weedy reserve for the return of local native vegetation. We require planters and weeders to continue our revegetation work in The Susannah Brook Reserve.

The Kokoda Youth Foundation is a dedicated and passionate non-profit organisation committed to running experiential youth programs, which help young people gain physical and mental resilience, confidence, and instill in them the values of Courage, Endurance, Mateship and Sacrifice through the story of the Kokoda Campaign in 1942. The Kokoda Challenge is a signature event that embodies these values and is the main fundrasing avenue for the Kokoda Youth Foundation.

Our Tourism volunteers focus on building a positive experience for our guests and visitors. They are advocates and ambassadors for the Nature Foundation and love the opportunity to be in nature and share positive stories. Reserve Hosts stay onsite on reserves for 1 – 2 weeks to support visitors and guests and act as a friendly, informative, and helpful face of Nature Foundation on our Reserves.
