Approved volunteers agree to provide mentoring and friendship to a young person between the ages of 7 and 17. They commit to spending quality time with a carefully selected young person from a vulnerable or disadvantaged background for approximately 2 hours per fortnight for a period of 12 months. You will not be sitting in an office all day but going out to meet mentees.

We will provide you with training in mentorship and team you up with a mentee based on your existing skillset. Music mentoring is hugely fulfilling journey that can transform not just your life, but the life of a young person in need of confidence, positive role models and an outlet for their creativity.

The Kitchen Hand volunteer will assist in the home delivered meal service to aged people or those with a disability enabling them to stay in their own home. This is a Centrelink approved activity for voluntary work.
