Dedicate 4 hours a week from home, providing compassionate phone support to caregivers and the bereaved. Violet Guides deliver this support over the phone, at no cost to the carer. A Sound Life provides therapeutic and trauma informed yoga and meditation sessions with our participants of varying physical and mental abilities.
