Special Olympics Melbourne Inner East (MIE) is seeking one or two enthusiastic volunteers to organise, administrate and oversee our Bocce Program. The Bocce Coordinator(s) will work under the direction of the Club Sports Coordinator and State Bocce Manager. Special Olympics is a not-for-profit organisation with the primary goal of helping those with an intellectual disability to participate in sport to enhance their physical and mental wellbeing, sense of purpose and community connections.

We are looking to set up tours that specifically cater to blind, vision impaired, hard of hearing, deaf and neurodiverse visitors to the Bradman Museum and Oval. If you have experience in Auslan delivery, the delivery of multi-sensory or audio museum/art/cultural experiences, or improving visitor experiences for neurodiverse folks, and you would be interested in contributing to the design and/or delivery of these tours and supporting resources, please get in touch.

An all-abilities program for anyone aged 50 plus to partake in Walking Football in a fun, interactive and social environment. The program is designed to offer participants gentle exercises to improve their health and well-being.

Looking for volunteers who are interested in the game of golf and has the ability to oversee the registration table and assist the staff in coordinating and administration of the weekly LEAP Seniors Golf Program.
