Bethanie is seeking fun and enthusiastic volunteers to assist our wonderful staff with our weekly residents game of Carpet Bowls. Whether you're a novice or seasoned professional, we want your help! Volunteer to support people with Down syndrome in a fun exercise program: FitSkills FitSkills is an evidence-based physical activity program for people with Down syndrome. In this program the person with Down syndrome will be matched with a volunteer partner. The program runs throughout the term and participants go to the gym together with their matched volunteer once a week followed by a meal with other participants and volunteers.

We are looking for an compassionate volunteer who can take our lonely client out once a week. Our client loves the beach and would like someone to drive her to the beach from her house once a week. she is full of life and still wants to remain active.
