That is where A Sound Life comes in - we do all the legwork to make it easy for you to simply turn up and perform your music either live over Zoom or directly to patients by their bedside in hospitals. Our next Musician Training Day is happening on Sunday, July 28 from 10am-3pm at Together2, Rozelle in Sydney and via Zoom.

Would you like to build skills in developing a relationship with an older person, being empathetic and non-judging. Then apply to be one of our amazing volunteers! Visiting them at least once per fortnight you might play cards or games, go out for a drive or coffee, listen to music, enjoy a chat or reminisce about old times, or share interest

MACASA is an essential service to the community. We deliver meals to the vulnerable members of our community who may be frail and aged, so that they are able to live independently in their own home.
