Creeds Farm is a neighbourhood house that works with communities in Melbourne’s high growth suburbs of Epping North and Wollert in the City of Whittlesea. We provide opportunities for people to build community connections, for life-long learning, skills development, information sharing, social and recreational activities and community development. Volunteer to support people with Down syndrome in a fun exercise program: FitSkills FitSkills is an evidence-based physical activity program for people with Down syndrome. In this program the person with Down syndrome will be matched with a volunteer partner. The program runs throughout the term and participants go to the gym together with their matched volunteer once a week followed by a meal with other participants and volunteers.

Inclusion Melbourne’s Leisure Buddy program matches like-minded people to undertake social activities within our community on a fortnightly basis. We are focused on creating genuine, long term connections between volunteers and our Leisure Buddy participants. Therefore, we require a minimum commitment of 12 months and two to three hours per fortnight.

The Red Nose Treasured Babies Program supports families following the death of a baby by providing beautiful handmade items of clothing for parents to dress their baby in, no matter the gestation. The program is run by volunteers, with support from Red Nose staff. The Treasured Babies Administrator will provide administrative support to the program by liaising with other volunteers, Red Nose staff members, hospitals and other key stakeholders.
