Fun In The Sun is seeking a dynamic and organized Event Manager Volunteer to coordinate and oversee our organization's events and activities. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and evaluation of events that engage our target audience and further our mission.

Assisting MSWA staff members with setting up the awards table, cheering on swimmers, taking banners down, packing down tables, stacking chairs, and loading event items into the event vehicle

2 volunteers required for on-day roles: assisting with setting up poolside, Registration check-in desk, Selling raffle tickets, collecting donations, and cheering on the swimmers. •Neat casual attire, enclosed non-slip footwear – you will be working in and around the Aquatic Centre pool. •Food and drink refreshments will be provided. •A briefing will take place on the day. •Knowledge of EFTPOS machine •Suitable for skilled volunteers, work experience, young adults. Start times of 7 am – 11 pm
