Animal Care Volunteers assist with providing care, rehabilitation and enrichment to animals. Our animal care volunteers will interact with animals using positive reinforcement animal handling techniques, learning skills from our experienced team members. You will undertake general reception duties and provide administrative support including answering the phone, taking enquiries, customer service, and general computer use. You should have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office and internet usage, though training can be provided. Good phone manner is essential, along with a willingness to learn and follow instructions. Discretion and confidentiality are essential to this role.
