General Volunteers are needed to assist with Events and Festivals We have many annual, as well as one off events that we need volunteer participation. eg; Australia Day Event etc.

A volunteer Catering Floor Assistant is required to Prepare and serve tea, coffee and morning teas in the kitchen and general tidying up e.g. sweeping mopping etc. of a community aged care centre which conducts programs during the day for the elderly.

Cooking Program Assistant required to assist in cooking classes with adult students.

Food Assistant Volunteer needed to assist in providing meals for those in need and experiencing homelessness.

Food share volunteer needed to do general food share duties (sorting, handling food, packing) at our Lavington and Glenroy venues.

Help with fundraising campaigns as required (Eg. attending events to sell tickets, putting up posters, sausage sizzles etc.)

Kitchen Assistant - Do you enjoy cooking and preparing food? Social Connections Volunteers assist with preparing morning tea and lunch for the participants. Volunteers can help from one to five days a week.

Volunteers to collect meals from the hospital and deliver them to people in the community seven days a week. Volunteers use their own car and must have a current driver’s licence.
