The Abbey Museum is looking for volunteers to assist with the care and maintenance of the gardens and grounds. The gardens are an integral part of the Museum’s visitor experience and we need you to help to keep them looking beautiful and inviting for our patrons. You can work at your own pace and just enjoy working outdoors in a lovely environment with a bunch of friendly people. We have a great team who are welcoming to new people.

The Saint Francis Xavier Cathedral is a landmark building of international importance. The story of this fabulous twentieth century cathedral has been published world-wide in a book listing 83 magnificent cathedrals from around the world. This beautiful cathedral is situated at 56 Cathedral Ave Geraldton (corner of Maitland St). It is open to the public from 7.00am until 5.30pm, 7 days a week, except Public Holidays when it's open from 9am.

So many isolated and aged members of our community but not enough Volunteers to delivery them their meals! Could you offer 1.5 hrs. a week, fortnight or even a month? Please express an interest in this role today! This role sees Volunteers deliver hot and cold meals directly to the homes of isolated and aged community members. This role requires the use of your own vehicle, it may also be something you’d like to do with a friend/ family member!

The Monsignor Hawes Heritage Centre (MHHC) is a state-of-the-art interpretive centre, within the grounds of St Francis Xavier's Cathedral, that tells the story of architect-priest Monsignor John Cyril Hawes. The Monsignor Hawes Museum Attendant will engage with visitors to help them appreciate the wonderful story of Monsignor John Cyril Hawes and to take the opportunity to visit the many places he built in the Midwest and Gascoyne region of WA.

Our Aged Care residents love to head out on excursions! This rewarding volunteer role will drive our residents on a mini-bus to various locations so they can enjoy the great outdoors.
