We are looking for passionate volunteers who would like to provide positive role models for students, as well as supplementary, hands-on assistance for teachers - support that is tailored to meet the unique needs of different schools, classes and students at primary and/or secondary schools. We have an opportunity for people to be a part of the Volunteer Gardening Program within the grounds of the COUCH Cancer Wellness Centre in Cairns. A great opportunity to have a horticultural experience whilst maintaining the tranquil grounds of the Centre. You will be a part of a Gardening Team at our Cancer Wellness Centre, maintaining the tranquil space that supports the well-being of our clients, families, and carers.

Do you like maintaining lawns by weeding, using a blower or edge trimmer? What about mulching? Well, you may be the Grounds Support Volunteer Willunga High School needs! You will be supporting the schools grounds person. Other duties would include: picking up rubbish, maintaining equipment and assisting with furniture relocation. Willunga High School is Centrelink certified and can provide up to 15 hours for individuals.

Volunteers are required to assist with gardening duties in the Wesley Kids garden area. This area is used for activities with children, outdoor eating and relaxing, and includes a small herb garden.
