Foodbank Volunteers work in a team of Community Food Service volunteers to support people seeking asylum to access essential food and groceries via the provision of food packs.

Our clients are Asylum Seekers, who do not receive Centrelink, Medicare or any support from elsewhere. Through the Second Bite program, our Pantry provides food security for the most vulnerable people in our community. To ensure the continuation of this service, we need drivers to collect prepacked boxes of fruit and veg on Mondays and Tuesdays. No need to commit to every week, you will be a part of a team and can do weekly/fortnightly or monthly.
