We will be planting native vegetation to create Urban Shade Forests, to help cool our cities, create habitat for native animals and connect the local community. ECOSS thrives on the wonderful input from our Volunteers. It would be very difficult for ECOSS to develop and progress the way we do without our Volunteers. From working in the nursery and in our gardens. including the Community Garden, helping with our projects and events to helping in the office, our volunteers give a large amount of time. We value your skills and would love to create opportunities that interest you. We like to provide co-learning opportunities for skill sharing.

As one of the Repair Volunteers, you will assist visitors to the repair cafe to: * fix their broken/damaged household items. You will already have the skills to fix one or more of the following: * electrical/electronic/mechanical items * clothing/bedding/other * textiles, jewellery, toys, woodwork, metalwork, bicycles, * and/or other general items You will be able to provide advice to visitors about whether specific items * can be fixed & the parts needed.

By volunteering with VICSES, you will: • be part of a dedicated team of individuals who are passionate about helping others. • gain valuable experience, and learn new skills. • meet new people, and • make a positive impact on the community.

Marine Rescue NSW saves lives on the water, providing 24-hour emergency response, returning thousands of boaters in trouble safely to shore every year. Every unit requires a support crew. Become a member of our fundraising team and play an essential role in the day to day operations of our unit.

Supporting the invaluable work of Marine Rescue Woolgoolga by raising much-needed funds that are required to keep us on the water. You will be joining a unit full of fun and camaraderie, and donating as little as 3 hours a fortnight at BBQ’s or other social events to support our not-for-profit organisation
