Join the Team at Church Road Taigum to help deliver a number of services including group outings and activities for our residents. The Activities Assistants will work with our paid staff in supporting residents with various activities and group programs. Along with setting up and packing down activities, you will be required to offer reassurance and support along the way – joining in is encourage!

JoCare understands that technology can help stave off loneliness and can enrich an older person’s life by opening up communication with family, grandchildren, community events, online courses, online meetings and can provide another avenue for regular contact. JoCare Digital Mentors provide support to older people in a group setting where volunteers have the support of other mentors. You do not need to be an expert, just enjoy the benefits of technology. Spend time with an elderly lady or gentleman living in a residential aged care home in Chatswood & Willougbhy area. You'll help provide companionship as well as maintain their healthy wellbeing as part of the Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme.

The Activity Volunteer supports the Lifestyle Coordinator with group activities which enrich the lives of our seniors in Sundale's Aged Care Centres. The activities include bingo, a card game named HOY, art & craft, word games, bus outings and a range of other fun activities which change weekly.
