Are you interested in clinical and community based volunteer work? Are you over the age of 18 & physically fit? Volunteer with your local sub-centre as a Volunteer Ambulance Officer. Attend emergency and non-emergency ambulance calls as well as other duties as required. Commitment is approx 60 hours annually, based on 1 shift plus training per month. We are looking for passionate, motivated volunteers for a variety of roles.

As one of the Repair Volunteers, you will assist visitors to the repair cafe to: * fix their broken/damaged household items. You will already have the skills to fix one or more of the following: * electrical/electronic/mechanical items * clothing/bedding/other * textiles, jewellery, toys, woodwork, metalwork, bicycles, * and/or other general items You will be able to provide advice to visitors about whether specific items * can be fixed & the parts needed.

The Volunteers primary role is to assist the participants to ride a wave! Each participant has a different disability which can either be physical, intellectual or both. Disabled Surfers Association - SA Branch assist them to enjoy the experience of surfing & ensure they stay safe & injury free in the process. A surfing background is an advantage for volunteers but not essential. However you need to be a physically fit, aged 17+ & be comfortable in the water for periods of up to 2 hours.

4 Voices are looking for team leaders to support our small outreach teams on the Gold Coast. Team leaders need to engage with, coach and manage both volunteer and the outreach shift activities. The commitment required is 3 - 4 hours per week. We are about to launch an outreach service to operate from an off-grid van at various locations on the Gold Coast.
