Participation in the Yoga classes is not required unless you would like to. We need a volunteer to help with set up and welcoming participants.

To bring joy and social connection to an older person by visiting them in their own homes - in and around the Inner West. You may be able go for a short walk together, go to a cafe or stay indoors for a cuppa and a chat. Approximately an hour a week or fortnight at a time to suit both of you.
