Maintenance and Handy Persons for Environmental Projects

Environment & Conservation Regular - more than 6 months Busselton WA

About this opportunity

Nature is beautiful. It is something we all love, appreciate and enjoy. Likewise, our community is the reason we love the place where we live. Sometimes what we value most needs a helping hand. The Busselton-Dunsborough Environment Centre Inc (BDEC). is one of many organisations that bring together two of the most appreciated aspects of life in the Southwest.

BDEC is currently seeking people to assist with Fencing, Weed Spraying, Weeding and site maintenance. Relying solely on the power of volunteers and the resilience of community to do this BDEC is calling for anyone who thinks they have skills to offer to help maintain the Malbup Bird Hide to control invasive species and fence off vulnerable areas. If you feel you have something to offer reach out to us. Training will be organised along with membership of BDEC and registration with Parks and Wildlife.
