Special Olympics Melbourne Inner East (MIE) is seeking one or two enthusiastic volunteers to organise, administrate and oversee our Bocce Program. The Bocce Coordinator(s) will work under the direction of the Club Sports Coordinator and State Bocce Manager. Special Olympics is a not-for-profit organisation with the primary goal of helping those with an intellectual disability to participate in sport to enhance their physical and mental wellbeing, sense of purpose and community connections.

We are looking for volunteers who have a high dedication to society, humanity, and our First Nations Elders! We need your assistance with: • Residential care • Planned Activity Programs (PAG) • Transportation • Fundraising and Events

Special Olympics - Melbourne Eastern Ranges provides a range of sport, recreation, social and health opportunities for people with an intellectual disability to have fun, be healthy, build self esteem, demonstrate courage and make friends. We have a variety of positions available from coaching and fundraising to committee members. Activities are in the City of Knox and include athletics and swimming.

Initiating opportunities for Sea Shepherd Australia chapters to collaborate with the music industry and organise national or multi-state tours can have a significant impact in creating awareness and generating support for the ocean.
