We are seeking a volunteer to support the role of President & Committee of Management to ensure efficient management of day to day business in this small Queenscliffe based organisation. Seeking support for 1 or 2 days per week.

We are seeking a friendly volunteer to greet and interact with visitors to the Queenscliff Historial Museum. This may include groups, by responding to their enquiries, or simply by talking about various displays.

We take all volunteers, young and old. You can either use your existing Sales, Management or other skills or we can teach you some new ones. We provide low-cost local native plants to the public and park organisations. We hope that by encouraging the planting of local native plants this will increase the biodiversity & climate resilience of the Whitehorse area.

Australian Jazz Museum are a proud group of dedicated volunteers. Home to the largest Australian jazz collection. Proactively Collecting, Archiving & Disseminating Australian Jazz. We need data entry volunteers with scanning experience.

We need someone to help at the Museum with Group tours bookings. follow up with the tours for tour numbers. This is an important job in the Museum as a Group tours are a major fundraiser activity. Catering for our Tour groups, purchasing and preparing food at home bring to the Museum on the day. Help with setting up for the tour. After the tour tiding up making sure the kitchen is clean and tidy. Re-imbursement for money spent. Some previous experience would be beneficial.

As part of our digitisation process, we have 6000 CD that need to be scanned and uploaded to our AWS cloud storage. this a part of our plan to have all music we have in the Museum available to people all over the world via our Website.
