    Friends of the Ngoolyak is a group of environmental volunteers based at Piney Lakes Reserve, who study the lifecycle of flora, collect, process, and germinate seeds for planting in the Reserve. The seed collection project started in December 2022 as a pilot project. Location: Piney Lakes Environmental Education Centre, 555 Leach Highway, Winthrop.     The Constable Care Safety School is working to address our children’s safety on the road and as pedestrians, come help children between 4 -12 years old learn vital safety skills. The Safety school is open Monday – Friday from 9am -1pm, where you assist children during this fun interactive program. Volunteering can be one day a week, a fortnight or month for a four-hour shift. Sadly, road trauma is a leading cause of death and serious injury in WA children, come make a difference!
