As a Bespoke Befriending volunteer, you will provide friendship and companionship to our Home Care Package and Residential Care Clients. Providing friendship and companionship to our Home Care Package and Residential Care recipients. Social visits - chatting and conversations over coffee or tea, short walks. Entertainment - Playing board games, card games and listening to music etc.

Halo are seeking lively volunteers to transport and support clients who are experiencing vulnerability or are socially isolated to attend medical appointments, allied health consultations and social engagements. Volunteers will ensure a safe, courteous and respectful on-board client experience keeping in mind their health, wellbeing, cultural background, life experiences and social connection.

We need volunteers who have empathy with people and are able to walk around with visitors to help them find their appointments. When trained you will be able to give directions clearly to those seeking guidance. Visitors appreciate assistance given by friendly, helpful people.
