Our Client is well read and loves listening to music, and he would love to spend an hour a fortnight with a volunteer with whom he can chat over a coffee or a gentle walk. She is unable to converse with anyone as there are no Thai speakers at this facility. Loves to singalong to Thai music and watch Thai movies. Gentle strolls outside in the garden. The transport assistant position is responsible for assisting to transport clients to access appointments, recreational activities, community groups & other destinations within the City of Whittlesea & surrounding areas. The role involves assisting the volunteer driver, navigating, assisting clients on and off vehicles and liaising with Whittlesea Community Connections staff.
