We need someone to help at the Museum with Group tours bookings. follow up with the tours for tour numbers. This is an important job in the Museum as a Group tours are a major fundraiser activity. Catering for our Tour groups, purchasing and preparing food at home bring to the Museum on the day. Help with setting up for the tour. After the tour tiding up making sure the kitchen is clean and tidy. Re-imbursement for money spent. Some previous experience would be beneficial.

As part of our digitisation process, we have 6000 CD that need to be scanned and uploaded to our AWS cloud storage. this a part of our plan to have all music we have in the Museum available to people all over the world via our Website.
An administration assistant is needed to support the General Manager and company secretary to maintain the important work and cultural significance of the Australian jazz museum. Must have experience in MS Office and be willing to train in the use of Salesforce. General maintenance of the museum when required and assisting with group tours.
