Would you like to volunteer somewhere where you can make a real difference and see that difference every day? Mather's House is a wonderful positive space where a range of activities take place to ensure older people stay connected to others, stimulated and have a laugh. Our dining program really adds to that in that people have a chance to share a meal. We are looking for some enthusiastic waitresses to join our team of volunteers.

Everyone is welcome to volunteer at parkrun events. We have heaps of fun, simple and rewarding opportunities to lend a hand for one to two hours on a Saturday morning at parkrun events across Australia. No training is required, roles are fully supported on the day and you can take part as often or as little as you would like. You can volunteer as a marshal, timekeeper, photographer or try your hand at scanning barcodes and handing out tokens…..to name a few of the roles we have available.

As an admin. assistant, you are a person who has experience in creative writing and editing OR has excellent English and IT skills, and loves organising and updating documents. We are seeking a young professional or student who is looking for experience in the field, OR a retired professional who wants to give back to the community. We are seeking a volunteer who is willing to commit more long term rather than a few months.
