Stall Assistant Volunteers to help run the Brisbane Tool Library Stall at the annual Green Heart Fair at Victoria Park, Herston. We will give you all the information so you can chat with the passing festival goers about the Brisbane Tool Library. It's lots of fun explaining the Tool Library operations. The Secretary role is very important to our Organisation and is pivotal in assisting the President with administrative tasks. Key tasks include record meeting notes, manage emails and general administrative support.

Basic bookkeeping experience is required to support the Committee. Treasurer hours can be entirely after hours if required (meetings are usually always held outside work hours) and on a Tuesday or Thursday if held off-line. This role is greatly appreciated in relieving other committee members of additional duties. The role is especially suited to lovers of books / jigsaw puzzles and/or games. The role is crucial for our organisation to continue.

Maintaining our directory of support groups is essential to ensure Queenslanders searching for support can contact current groups and that their contact details are up to date. This volunteer opportunity will help maintain our directory of 1,000 support groups in Queensland. If you have great communication and interpersonal skills and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs, this could be the administration role for you. Suitable for Centrelink Volunteers!
