Seeking a proactive and passionate Director to join our team to help implement marketing and business strategies, attend meetings, and help with the decision-making process in relation to funding, grants, project management, and sponsorship initiatives.

**Role Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Company Secretary to join our Board of Trustees as a key member. The Company Secretary will play a critical role in ensuring that the charity operates in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and will guide on governance matters to the Board.

We are looking for a volunteer to assist us with editing videos. We are recording webinars on the latest in genetic editing technology, genetic research, speeches at various events and more. We are looking at doing a number of quite short video's (sub 10 minutes) where we will be going deep in a particular area of interest. If you have any graphic design skills that might also be interesting to us on some other projects.
