Sunday 26th May 2024 A family-friendly, fun-filled morning requires no special skills, experience, or training – just your presence and enthusiasm. Some tasks may include directing and encouraging participants around the course, selling merchandise, and handing out participants' packs. There is even a role for the keen bike riders out there! We need volunteers on the day from 6.45 a.m. to approximately midday in various roles.

Are you a keen/experienced bike rider who can assist with our Memory Walk & Jog Events. Does leisurely riding 20-30kms guiding participants around a wonderful track sound like fun? BYO Bike and Helmet Essential. Memory Walk & Jogs are a family-friendly, fun-filled morning, supporting Dementia Australia to raise much-needed funds.

The Sound Mentoring Program provides music mentorship to at-risk young people, helping them to achieve their potential as artists and human beings. Come and join us as mentor! We will provide you with training in mentorship and team you up with a mentee based on your existing skillset. Music mentoring is hugely fulfilling journey that can transform not just your life, but the life of a young person in need of confidence, positive role models and an outlet for their creativity.

That is where A Sound Life comes in - we do all the legwork to make it easy for you to simply turn up and perform your music either live over Zoom or directly to patients by their bedside in hospitals. Our next Musician Training Day is happening on Sunday, April 28 from 10am-3pm at Together2, Rozelle in Sydney and via Zoom.

We need volunteers who have empathy with people and are able to walk around with visitors to help them find their appointments. When trained you will be able to give directions clearly to those seeking guidance. Visitors appreciate assistance given by friendly, helpful people.
