Some of our elders at our Wayville home really wish to re-ignite their passion for music and in particular being part of a weekly choir. Do you have a few spare hours to visit once a week and get a choir group running enjoying the love of music?

Have you ever wanted to volunteer somewhere, but didn't know where because you are unsure what you'd be suited to? Well, Edwardstown Baptist Church (EBC) has a community centre where you are most welcome to volunteer & explore the various activities they have to find where you best fit. Whether its filling boxes with food for those in need, cooking, assisting in the op shop or taking care of the property, you will have people to work alongside & you will be supporting the community!

Music can heal, uplift and even transform lives but the people who need it most often have the least access to it. That is where A Sound Life comes in - we do all the legwork to make it easy for you to simply turn up and perform your music either live over Zoom or directly to patients by their bedside in hospitals. The sessions are aimed at Spanish-speaking migrants and potential migrants and offer the opportunity for developing conversational and writing skills in a fun and informal way. You do not have to be a qualified teacher - just someone who is a native English speaker interested in participating in the vibrant Latino community!
