Would you like to volunteer within the Wellness & Lifestyle Program at Southern Cross Care - Oaklands Park facility? Role would include: Companionship Wheelchair use - supporting residents to & from activities Leisure & Lifestyle activities Volunteers will be ideally available on Thurs & Fri.

Some of our elderly residents need a person for social support to attend outings to appointments with them in the community. Do you wish to share some of your time assisting them in the role.

We encourage our elders to participate and be engaged in activities where they can learn skills, socialize and participate in activities and events and enjoy other's company. Some residents like to have 1 on 1 or engage in activity groups suited for men. The opportunities are endless, if you have time and social skills we would love to have you share with us at Hope Valley.

Our reservoir reserves are home to beautiful landscapes and unique flora and fauna. Join a group of like-minded people and help nurture these special places. You'll be actively involved in caring for your local reservoir reserve and enhancing the experience for visitors. Activities include bushcare, revegetation, habitat improvement, biodiversity surveys (e.g. birds, frogs, plants), fish stocking and supporting community events.
