They participate in committees, focus groups, projects and a range of other activities to ensure the patient perspective is always considered. The group is a safe space for to help participants to share their experiences of living with chronic pain, promoting self-management techniques, reducing isolation and assisting with health system navigation.

The co-facilitator for the Let's Taco About It Pain Support Group must be aged between 18 & 25, live with chronic pain and be comfortable connecting with other young people online. The Tacos is a safe space for young people, helping participants to share their experiences of living with chronic pain, promoting self-management techniques, reducing isolation and assisting with health system navigation.
