Interchange Gippsland

Welcome to Interchange Gippsland we provide innovative respite (time out) and support to children (and their families) and young adults with disabilities. Our service area covers the local Government areas of Latrobe City, Baw Baw Shire, South Gippsland Shire and Bass Coast Shire. We also offer limited specialist services in Wellington and East Gippsland Shires.

All our innovative support programs all provide an opportunity:
?for families to have a regular planned break,
?new meaningful social and life experiences children and young adults with disabilities, and
?increased community participation for people with disabilities.
