At Burke and Beyond, Blackburn South, our focus is on developing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. We encourage the participants to engage in a variety of recreational activities within the local community; everything from sports to volunteering and self initiated projects. We support independence by developing everyday lifestyle skills. We believe that by being an active member of our local community you’ll maintain good health and a positive outlook. Keeping physically fit and healthy as we get older is a key goal at Burke and Beyond.
