1st Woy Woy Sea Scouts

About 1st Woy Woy Sea Scouts

1st Woy Woy Sea Scouts is one of the oldest Scouting groups on the Central Coast. Formed in 1922 by Reverend Tauner it has a long history of Scouting in the Woy Woy and Broken Bay areas on both the land and sea.

1st Woy Woy Sea Scouts provides young Australians with opportunities to grow through adventure. In addition to Water Activities, our Sea Scouts take part in ‘traditional Scouting skills’ such as camping and bushcraft, through to more extreme challenges such as abseiling, overnight hiking, rafting, canoeing, canyoning, snow activities, rock climbing, sailing… and even flying!
