We need an enthusiastic and caring volunteer who can run a kiosk (small shop) inside the MiCare Aged Care Facility in Carrum Downs that offer the basic necessities and the Dutch food stuff mostly to our nice residents, families and friends. This position needs to be 15 minutes earlier there for setting up the shop sign and 15 minutes later leaving for packing up. No need experience.

MiCare Aged Care and the Retirement village in Carrum Downs is looking for a friendly individual to contribute as a volunteer at our shop. Our small shop is designed for our Aged Care residents, families, visitors and friends providing a cosy environment for them to buy the things in need close to their homes, or when they come to visit their love ones. We sell some Dutch foods and products as well.

If you volunteer for the role of roadie you’ll have way more fun than going on the road with Midnight Oil! Our singer piano player has a bad back and needs an assistant to help set up his keyboard. Your help will also be invaluable as you participate in the singing with residents, helping them find the songs in the SingSong book.

Do you have 1 hour per week to spare to make a difference to an older person. Sharing time for a cup of tea, chat, sharing a common interest and offering friendship.

Volunteers required for the Gift Shop at our residential aged care home in Brighton. The shop is our happy place, where all are welcome to drop by.
