Responsible for establishing and controlling the financial systems and administrative services of the company and providing financial information to the Chief Executive Officer and Directors.

The Charity Secretary's overall role includes secretarial duties such as organising board meetings, taking the minutes, managing correspondence, managing updates and background information required by the board, keeping records of membership, and other similar administrative responsibilities.

Ensure that European and Culturally Diverse Australian LGBTIQ people have the opportunity to learn and benefit from the community building practices studied within this project. • Raise funds for aspiring new Australians who no longer receive Federal government financial assistance and want to get business or community projects off the ground.

Reports to the Management Committee with responsibility to: • Promote of HPI’s values and its key messages on Strategy, Mission and Vision. • Support the Management Committee in its quest to increase awareness of HPI’s brand in the community. • Actively market HPI and its activities through all available media sources with the aim of increasing awareness of HPI’s brand in the community. • Attend Committee meetings whenever possible and play an active role in the overall management of HPI.

As part of the rebuilding phase, we are seeking a values-aligned and committed person with formidable writing and advertising skills to join us for a minimum of 6-months to develop high-quality and timely creative content.
