The BRIGHT Walk 2024 takes place on Saturday 6 July from 4pm–9pm. 2500 people will walk through the CBD and North Adelaide, raising money for medical research at SAHMRI through sponsorships from friends and family.

The role of an Agestrong Volunteer is to assist the exercise leader to run a safe and supportive exercise program, create a welcoming atmosphere by being a friendly face and helping clients feel more supported in the group environment.

Walk Organisers are community members who volunteer to lead a walking group in their neighbourhood They do not need to be health professionals or have specific health or physical activity qualifications.
