This role is to mentor a voice-over talent, to project-plan his career and business development strategy as a voice-over artist and podcast content influencer. The role will consider and provide guidance on aspects of the business including legal, financial, intellectual property rights etc.

The primary aim of this role is to compile and submit a strong grant application to the East Gippsland Foundation that, if successful, would enable the community to expand their youth program. In addition, prepare some narrative and budget parameters around additional ‘ready projects’ to be able to support the organization to have necessary documentation and background work ready for additional grant funding opportunities that may arise.
