Volunteer with people with Down syndrome in a fun exercise program FitSkills
FitSkills is an evidence-based physical activity program for people with Down syndrome. In this program the person with Down syndrome will be matched with a volunteer partner. Together they will exercise at their local gym, fitness centre or health club. The program runs for 10 weeks per term and participants go to the gym together once a week followed by a meal with other participants and volunteers.

Down Syndrome Queensland (DSQ) is organising for our young adults with Down syndrome to attend our Challenge Weekend Camps throughout the year and require volunteers to assist us with this event.

ADventure Out is a fun Disability Social group for people with mild to moderate disabilities, operating in the St George and Sutherland Shire. We go out on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays to a variety of outings like barbecues, movies, clubs, ferry trips etc. If you are up for a chat and a cuppa with our lovely group and can commit to a day or two a week, we would love to have you onboard.
