Freedom Solutions delivers various services to our clients. Our Freedom Wheels program in particular focuses on creating customised bikes for individuals living with a disability. Sometimes the client cannot take the bike home themselves and needs it delivered. If you would enjoy the special task of delivering a bike to an excited client, then this maybe the role for you!

On Sunday 11 August Muscular Dystrophy will stage Run for Strength - a fun run/walk around Princes Park. We need volunteers to act as marshalls around the course making sure participants dont go the wrong way. It is an easy job but one that is crucial to the success of the event. Its a wonderful celebration of able bodied people coming together with those with a disability.

To support the RDA(NSW) Tall Timbers Centre by assisting with light gardening duties on the property. - This role is not as physically demanding as property maintenance volunteers and may be suitable to someone with physical issues which require minimal lifting or carrying of heavy items.

The Volunteer Driver is responsible for the transportation of Beyond Blindness Members to various services offered by the organisation including social groups, bus trips and occasional medical/shopping trips and can include one-on-one social time. Volunteers are welcomed as part of the small team in the southern area. All volunteers are given training to assist blind persons. The Volunteer Driver will be required to use their own vehicle which will need to have comprehensive insurance.
