Interchange is a program within UMFC’s Carer Aged and Disability Service and provides support to children and young people with disability and their families/carers. Interchange is supported by volunteers to create social and recreational opportunities through group and individual activities. Group experiences include After School Activities, School Holiday Activities and other activities as planned.

Volunteers work alongside Support Workers to encourage, motivate and engage young participants in our after school programs. Weekly or fortnightly times available. Most activities are 2 - 4 hours.

We require a volunteer with skills in grant writing, who can support the Directors to apply for grants to support the vision of PRECI! Your skills will assist us in ensuring that children with disability and their families receive high quality support from their services and supports.
