MCCI is looking for a volunteer to assist the facilitator in the kitchen and with activities in our vibrant Italian group. The Italian group runs every fortnight on a Tuesday in Belconnen.

Vinnies Night Patrol serves our community 365 nights a year. Behind the scenes, our General Hand Volunteers ensure that our Night Patrol vehicles are fully stocked and ready to go; assisting with the collection and transportation of food, clothing and other material aid items that will be provided during service, to our companions.

Seeking volunteers to support Dementia Australia staff and clients in our various social support programs, which are held on weekday mornings. Our social support programs are held every day Monday to Friday and include various opportunities to join groups such as our coffee and chat, gallery/museum groups, craft, woodworking, men’s shed and walking groups around the ACT. Any volunteer mechanics who would like to help us fix cars and train disadvantaged people in the skills to maintain a car would be appreciated. We have a car program where our program participants earn the chance to buy a fixed up car so they can undertake meaningful employment in the future.
