AVIARY ATTENDANTS - Cleaning and feeding, interacting with the birds checking their health and wellbeing. On the job training given. For those who are doing animal studies this is a great hands on experience with achievement certificates available. Mature persons and retirees welcome. Volunteers from 13 years of age accepted (with parental/carers written consent) if able to perform the tasks required. Our sanctuary is a Centrelink approved workplace.

You must be • Happy and friendly • Of neat & tidy appearance • Self-motivated with a good work ethic and an eye for detail • Able to work as part of a team, but also work without supervision and use initiative when required. There will be a negotiable period of approx. 4 weeks where you will spend time with the Volunteer team to gain an understanding of the Organisation
