About Legal Literacy Volunteers
Our Vision: To promote social justice by improving access to the legal system.
Our Mission: We provide free legal assistance, support and information to members of our community, prioritising those currently experiencing disadvantage.
Launceston Community Legal Centre's Legal Literacy Volunteers, are NOT lawyers. We work in our communities to assist other community members to read, understand and complete documents and forms of all kinds and arrange timely referral to qualified solicitors for free legal advice as required.
