Bayside Community Emergency Relief (BCER) is a 100% volunteer run, community driven charity. Our mission is to empower people experiencing hardship and tragedy by providing requested emergency aid supplies when a disaster arises. Ideally based in Bayside, Glen Eira or Kingston but we aren't limited to those areas. You will be responsible for the financial supervision of BCER.
