Surf Mentoring Team

Disability Services Regular - more than 6 months Across: Ocean Grove VIC, Anglesea VIC

About this opportunity

As a Surf Therapy Mentor, you will provide 1:1 support to participants in and out of the water. You will build and maintain positive relationships with young people, fostering a safe and inclusive environment that encourages personal growth and wellbeing, while supporting them to catch waves and boost their confidence in the ocean. Surf therapy sessions run for two hours on weekends and weekdays in both Ocean Grove and Anglesea.

Mentors are front and centre in the delivery of our programs and the true heroes of the organisation! No surfing experience needed, however confidence in the ocean is beneficial.
