To improve the quality of life for residents in aged care facilities. Those who have limited family and social contact and are at risk of isolation from the general community.
A socially isolated resident in an Aged Care Facility (nursing home and hostel) is seeking a friendly, caring volunteer to visit in a social capacity on a fortnightly basis. This is a great opportunity to form a new friendships and improve the quality of life for residents who are at risk of isolation from the general community.
Please note that this role could be face to face or virtual.
National Police Certificate *.
Must be over 18 years and have had a flu vaccine.
One visit required per fortnightSuitable for
