Admin - Home Support Administration Assistant
About this opportunity
The position is part of a team of volunteers, who provide essential services to Adssi In-home Support clients to enable them to remain living independently. You will need to have excellent presentation, ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of people and be able to work with others and independently. Duties may include: • assisting with database management • scanning and attaching documents • provide general administrative support and clerical assistance as needed

Additional requirements
National Police Certificate *.
Computer skills
Basic knowledge of database management
Willingness to attend team meetings and participate in department specific training
Ability to communicate with all kinds of people
Must have access to an active email address and ability to receive and send emails
This role has flexibility in timing. Ideally the volunteer would be able to nominate a regular day for 4-6 hours per week.
