About this opportunity
As a Collector of Donated Goods you would help ECS to pick up donated items so that they can be displayed in their shop, and then help to deliver them once purchased.
In addition to this you may be picking up donated items from the collection bins around the town. Clothes collected from the bins are sorted at Esperance Care Services and either given to people in need or sold in the thrift shop.
Ideally you would be available on a regular basis from 9 am til 2.30 on either a Wednesday or Thursday or perhaps both. As part of a valued team you will join the other volunteers and staff for a shared lunch and will be given any training needed for your role.
Esperance Care Services is a not-for-profit community organisation that aims to alleviate poverty and hardship in our region. If you are interested – we would love to talk to you!
