Meals on Wheels Delivery Driver
About this opportunity
Esperance Home Care has a team of volunteers who on a roster basis deliver Meals on Wheels to housebound or infirm clients. We are looking for both regular and relief drivers.
This role involves collecting the meals from the Esperance Home Care Kitchen and delivering them to the allocated clients. We have a number of vacancies for various days.
New volunteers will be inducted and given training before commencing.
This role is suitable for anyone who has time, a vehicle, and wants to volunteer!
Additional requirements
Driver's Licence (C) . National Police Certificate *. Traffic Check *.
Patience with the elderly and a local knowledge of the town.
1 hour every 3-4 weeks depending on roster or relief
